こうしたバリアフリーの取り組みは歓迎すべきなのですが
この工事をすることになった直前からの管理会社の担当者の説明の中に
以前、別件で話し合いを持ったときに
これが東京で地域開発の中心となって取り組んでいる企業の担当者なのか！？
と思いたくなるような"ＣＳＲ"や"福祉"に対する知識や理解があるとは感じられなかったように
やってやってる！
とでも云わんばかりの、こちらの気持ちを逆撫でするような言葉や表情が ・ ・ ・
もちろん、
せっかくのバリアフリー化への配慮ですから
設置者側の心が伝わってくるような取組みであるに超したことはありませんが ・ ・ ・
やはり、思いや気持ちが入らない表面上での対応って
本当に人のためになる取り組みにつながらないのでは ？ ？ ？
今回のバリアフリーのための改装工事、
従来有った廊下を → より約３?４ｍ延長し、その先端に自動ドアーを。
一見、便利そうに見えますが
車いすを使用する者にとって、こと自動ドアのことだけをとると
駐車場よりのアクセスはともかくとして、
中から駐車場に出る場合には、廊下の突き当たりで９０度向きを変える必要があり
正面の壁にぶつからないまでも、靴の先端を擦ったり、精神的な圧迫感も ・ ・ ・
↓
写真では解り難いかもしれませんが、
写真正面に向かい、せめてドア一枚分左の位置にあったら／開閉していたら ・ ・ ・
それに、
写真撮影時は、車いすマークの駐車スペースが空いていたからまだいいのですが
車が満車状態になると、車と車の間をぶつからないように通らなくてはならず
ドア前にしても、駐車中の車のとの距離が１ｍ有るかなしの状況で
しかも、
出入り口がここ一カ所しかないのであれば別ですが、
すぐ左側／８ｍ程横には、廊下をはさみエレベーターのある入り口があり
そちらの方が、
車いす利用者にとっても一般の利用者にとってもはるかに便利なのに ・ ・ ・
まーぁーー！ せっかく付いてしまったんですから
今更とやかく言っても始まらないのですが、
これまでに、私共も幾つかの公共施設の建設時に、図面段階から加えてもらい
少しでも配慮の行き届いた者に・・・と言うお手伝いをしてきましたし
中部国際空港を作る時などは、愛知県の障害者や街作り団体が加わっていたように
チョットした気遣いと配慮、手順を踏むだけで
本当に沢山の人達に喜んでもらえるバリアフリー化が進められるのに ・ ・ ・
そのことにより、
もしかすると、
かって八代英太先生が国会議員になられた時
国会に車いすで行けるようにと
専門家が見積もりをしたら、億の単位になったものが
八代先生達の手で取り組まれたら、何と２?３千万で済んだというように
無駄遣いさえ押さえられたかも ？ ？ ？

昨年度より、私共も含め県や市のバリアフリー調査も入っていたことですし
我々が間に合う間に合わないは別として、
きっと前もって声をかけ、聞く機会を持ってくれてたはずなのに
