２／２６（金）に、自分の所のセミナーを終え
一日おいた２８日の日曜日、
四国の高松で開催された、
在宅ワーカー育成事業講演会［在宅で働く］に呼んでもらい行ってきました。
何故か、この３?４年ほど、
毎年この時期（２?３月）になると、四国とは縁があるのか、
同じような催しに声をかけてもらい
これまで、高知に二度と徳島に一度お邪魔をしているが
高松は、文字通り生まれて初めてでした ・ ・ ・
ですから、直前まで、
高松までは、名古屋／小牧から飛行機で行けば日帰りできると思っていたのですが
セミナーの準備に追われ、直前になり イザ！調べてみると
以前は確かあったはずの【小牧←→高松】便がないことが解り
急ぎ、新幹線に切り替えましたが
これが、頭の中のイメージとは大違いで、意外にも３時間５分で高松へ ・ ・ ・
そんな訳で、当日は、講演？のための十分な準備も出来ない中
半ば開き直り、
初めて行く高松と、
初めて汽車？で渡る瀬戸内海の景色を大いに楽しんできました ・ ・ ・
高松駅へ到着・・・・・
かがわリハビリテーションセンターのリフトカーのお迎えで会場へ
１３：００より講演会スタート
今回の催しは、
香川県と、(社福) かがわ総合リハビリテーション事業団が
昨年より始められた重度障害者の社会参加支援の為の取り組みでもある
｢平成21年度肢体不自由者等ＩＴ活用支援事業｣において、
在宅就労に向けての対象ワーカーさんの育成研修を一年間続けてこられ
いよいよ新年度より取り組みを始めるための、広報と啓発の為に開催されたもので
会場には、当事者や家族をはじめ、企業関係者、福祉関係・支援機関等の人が
約７０名ほど集まってこられていて、
今回、きせずして２６日の私共のセミナーにも後登壇いただいた
沖ワークウェル (株) の木村社長と二人が、
それぞれの立場から一時間づつ講演を指せていただき、
その後にもうけられた質問の時間には、会場に来られていた障害当事者からの
当事者でないと思いつかないような熱い質問が幾つも飛び出し
予定時間を３０分近くオーバーして終わりました ・ ・ ・
最近は、全国でこうした取り組みや、在宅就労に関する取り組みが増えてきており
私たちとしても、
課題や不安材料は多いのですが
それでも、重度の障害を持つ人達の就労の選択肢が増え
仲間が一人でも増え、生活の基盤が整備され生活の安定につながれば・・・と
今後も、
情報の提供や交換を始め、
少しでもお手伝いできることが有れば
喜んで協力していきたい！ と、
最近、忙しさの中で、
ともすると見失いかけていた初心の様なものを思い出させてもらい
改めて、今の取り組みに対して意を強くし帰ってきました ・ ・ ・
※ そんな私の手元に、
今日、
翌日の、新聞に掲載されたという記事が送られてきました・・・・・
確かに、当日会場で記者の取材は受けたものの
あまりにも、デカデカと写真が載り、記事も大きくて
遠くに出かけていった後だけに
嬉しい？ 気持ちに加え、照れくさい気分や
４月以降頑張ろうとしてみえる開催地の当事者の事を考えると
些か戸惑いを感じずには居られませんが ・ ・ ・
現段階において、障害者のこうした取り組みを社会に理解してもらうには
まだまたマスコミの力を借りなくては・・・と言うところが多分にあり
そんな意味からでも、
少しは今後の香川県の障害者の為になれば・・・・・
と、自問自答をしているところです。
