ＬＤ（学習障害）やアスペルガー症候群と言われる人達のことで
特に、続けて此処５人ほど相談を受けたアスペルガーの人達は
何故か？ 決まって 此処２?３年の間
つまり自立支援法が施行されて以降に
発症＝障害認定されてみえるばかりか、５人全てが２０代で、
これまた何故か？ 国立大学、中には法学部を現役で卒業し、
国家公務員上級職に受かり働いていたり、
一流デザイナーとして素敵な作品を世に送り出している人も・・・・・
そうした人が、
ある日突然、職場に置いて配置転換等や人間関係からしごとに行き詰まり
出社拒否や自宅に引きこもりがちになられていたり・・・・・・
でもでも、私自身不思議で５人の人全てに質問したのですが
中には、小さい時から多少は人と違うなぁーーー
と思っていたと言う人もいましたが、ほとんどの人が今まで
学生時代には友達もあり、一人暮らし等もしてきていて・・・・・
話をする中で、
確かにこだわりが強いと感じられるところは多々あるものの、
人柄もいいし、とにかく私何かよりはるかに頭がいい！！
生意気な言い方になるかもしれませんが、
もちろん、最近の若い人達の中には、頭は良くても
頭デッカチ過ぎて応用が利かない人が多いことは確かですし
自分の方から、仕事でも人間関係でも求めていくことは少ないのですが
それにしても、
これまでの２０?２数年は何事もなくやってこられた人ばかり
だったら、もしかすると
周りの大人達が、もっともっと温かく受け入れ、
気長に見守り、指導すれば・・・・・
あるいは、行き詰まることなく仕事が続けられていたのでは・・・・・
少なくとも今の私は、専門家でもなければ勉強不足ですが
彼らと接して、そう思えて鳴りませんし
彼らの大半が、医者の診断の元に障害名を付けられたことにより
必要以上に気にしていて、本来の持味や良さ、能力まで
自ら、押さえ込もうとしているような気がしてならないのです・・・・・
こうした人達の場合、
本当に病名を付けることや障害として認定することが
本当に、その人達のためになるのだろうか？
今の私は、このことが何時も大きく頭の中で問答を・・・・・
