ちょうど厚生年金に加入していましたので障害厚生年金を請求することにしました。

厚生年金の障害厚生年金は２級までしかない国民年金の障害基礎年金と違い、
３級までありますからとても有利です。３級に該当しない場合は障害手当金が出ます。
また、１・２級に裁定されますと障害基礎年金と併せてもらえます。
